Privacy Notice for Filto Field Log

Filto Field Log is an offline field toolkit published by FILTO TOV (DUNS 681184692) for technicians who install and commission industrial equipment. This notice explains how the app handles information. It covers the mobile app only.

What the app stores

Everything you enter — acceptance-checklist items, the parts you log, the figures you type into the install estimator and engineering converter, your job-diary notes and your language choice — is saved in the app's own private storage on your device. It stays on the phone, and it is erased the moment you use the clear actions in Settings or uninstall the app.

Information the developer receives

The app works without an account and without any sign-in step, and it keeps all of its data on your device. FILTO TOV therefore receives no personal information through the app: there is no server that the app sends your entries to.

Third-party components

The app is built with two standard Google components. Google Play Services is part of the Google Play distribution of Android and provides the core platform functions that every Play Store app relies on. Google Fonts supplies the two typefaces, Manrope and Lora, which are bundled into the app and rendered locally for its interface.

Network use

Every tool in Filto Field Log runs on the device itself. The only background network activity is the standard Google Play Services that ships with each Play Store install of Android; the app's own features need no connection to work.

Children

Filto Field Log is a professional work tool intended for adult installation and service staff. It is not directed at children.
